A: The web site migration service that we are offering is free of cost (to a certain extent). We’ll transfer your website(s) to our leading–edge cloud hosting platform without you having to do anything. We know from personal experience that changing web hosting providers can lead to lost data and unwanted network downtime. That’s the reason why we will perform all that for you for free!We’ve got capable administrators whose only responsibility is to ensure that your web site functions precisely as it did on your previous web hosting platform. Our administrators are experts in transferring custom–made websites, as well as websites that are based on popular web applications such as WordPress and Joomla^™.

A: While we can’t give you a precise time window, since there are plenty of factors, among them the physical size of the web files and databases, the physical location of the present host’s server, the complexity of your site and the current workload of our Website Migration Department, etc., we’ll try our best to move your website within 48 hours, and in certain cases – within 24 hours (if the website content is not very large).

A: We do not require any personal info. We will need, however, the login information for your current hosting account as well as the name of the website that you would like to transfer.

A: Client privacy is among our chief responsibilities – that’s why, both our payment transaction page and our CP login page are secured with enterprise–grade digital certificates. We use security measures, which include, but are not limited to: physical, electronic and managerial methods to safeguard the details that we collect on the Internet. A: Your site will work just like it did before with your old web hosting provider. Once we have finished the transfer, your web site will be configured to work on our web hosting platform and we will alert you to preview it. If it is working properly, all you will need to do is update the NS resource records pertaining to your domain name. Your site will be transferred to us without any downtime whatsoever.

A: While we move your web content, your hosting provider won’t be aware of the migration at all. We won’t touch base with them in any way.

A: We support all Linux–driven web hosting platforms. Essentially, if we can gain access to your Control Panel, we will be able to migrate your website.The only platforms that we don’t support are closed–source website creation platforms such as Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
